Klaus Roofing Systems by Philip Edward installs every 50 Year roof to the Klaus Roofing Way, a patented method built on defined fastening patterns, sealing products, and edge details. The two systems are nearly identical - FORTIFIED simply writes more specificity into its requirements - and only two product swaps are needed to move a standard Klaus Roofing Way install to full FORTIFIED certification.
